为制备重要的化合物2-甲基6-酰基萘,提高酰化产物的收率和纯度,以2-甲基萘为原料,分别研究了乙酸酐和丙酰氯为酰化剂时的酰化反应,对酰化反应的产物进行了GC、FT-IR和GC-MS表征;对酰化反应的影响因素进行了研究.结果表明,酰化反应的较佳条件为:丙酰氯为酰化剂,反应温度20℃,反应时间5 h,2-甲基萘、丙酰氯、三氯化铝的摩尔比为1∶1.4∶1.7,在此条件下酰化反应的收率可达92%,产物的纯度为90%.
In order to prepare the important compound 2-methyl 6-acylnaphthalene and improve the yield and purity of the acylation product, 2-methylnaphthalene was used as the starting material to study the acylation reaction of acetic anhydride and propionyl chloride , The products of acylation were characterized by GC, FT-IR and GC-MS.The influencing factors of acylation reaction were studied.The results showed that the optimum conditions of acylation reaction were propionyl chloride as acylating agent, The reaction temperature was 20 ℃, the reaction time was 5 h, the molar ratio of 2-methylnaphthalene, propionyl chloride and aluminum trichloride was 1: 1.4: 1.7. Under this condition, the yield of acylation reaction could reach 92% Purity is 90%.
