随着经济的不断发展,企业的现代化管理制度也逐步得以确立,其中信访维稳工作是企业与员工交流的重要途径,它能有效地化解企业与员工之间的矛盾和利益冲突,是员工维护自身利益的重要手段。但是,在现实中,企业的维稳工作还存在着许多问题和不合理的地方,它阻碍了企业的健康成长,损害了员工的根本利益。文章主要针对当前企业信访维稳工作存在的问题,提出了相应的解决问题的建议。
