为研究白头翁皂苷体外抗肿瘤活性,从白头翁中提取有效成分皂苷,对大肠癌HT29细胞和人胃癌细胞株BGC823进行体外培养,用MTT法测定白头翁皂苷对2种肿瘤细胞增殖反应的影响。结果表明:白头翁皂苷对两种肿瘤细胞增殖有较强的抑制作用,并表现一定的剂量关系,白头翁皂苷浓度为6μg.mL-1时,对人胃癌细胞株BGC823细胞生长的抑制率达到了80.71%,效果较好。因此,白头翁皂苷作为抗肿瘤药物有效成分的开发和利用有待于进一步深入研究。
In order to study the antitumor activity of Pulsatilla saponin in vitro, the active ingredient saponin was extracted from Pulsatilla, and the human colorectal cancer cell line HT29 and the human gastric cancer cell line BGC823 were cultured in vitro. The effects of Pulsatilla saponin on the proliferation of two tumor cells were determined by MTT assay. The results showed that: Pulsatilla saponin has a strong inhibitory effect on the proliferation of both tumor cells, and showed a dose-dependent relationship. When the concentration of Pulsatilla saponin was 6μg.mL-1, the inhibition rate of the growth of human gastric cancer cell line BGC823 reached 80.71 %, The effect is better. Therefore, Pulsatilla saponin as an active component of anti-tumor drug development and utilization needs further study.
