近年来,广西旅游发展势头迅猛,旅游作为区域经济发展的主导性产业之一,得到政府部门及社会相关组织的高度重视,同时也面临着日益激烈的竞争,要想在竞争中把握先机,处于优势地位,必然要培养出大批拥有创新能力的高素质、高水平、高质量旅游管理人才。广西本科类大学作为地方性人才培养的重要机构,能否培养出大批具有实践性、创新性、应用性强的旅游管理应用型人才,很大程度上取决于其培养机制的构建和完善。本文简单介绍了广西本科类大学旅游人才培养中面临的现状和若干机制问题,并对构建完善的人才培养机制提出了相关的对策和建议。
In recent years, the rapid development of tourism in Guangxi, as one of the leading industries in regional economic development, tourism is highly valued by government departments and relevant social organizations, while facing increasingly fierce competition. In order to seize opportunities in the competition, In a dominant position, it is inevitable to cultivate a large number of high-quality, high-level and high-quality tourism management personnel who possess innovative abilities. Guangxi University undergraduates, as an important institution for the cultivation of local talents, can cultivate a large number of practical, innovative and applied tourism management talents depending on the construction and improvement of their training mechanism. This article briefly introduces the status quo and some mechanism problems faced by tourism talents cultivation in Guangxi undergraduate university, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to build a sound talent cultivation mechanism.
