本文从科学主义、人文主义和道德理想主义三种理论思潮的角度对我国教育管理工作的三大导向进行了分析,并结合新课程改革标准的要求,对中小学教育管理问题提出了自己的看法。
This article analyzes the three major guiding principles of education management in our country from the perspectives of the three theoretical currents of scientism, humanism and moral idealism. Based on the requirements of the new curriculum reform standards, this article puts forward our own views on the education management of primary and secondary schools .
