研究了5种不同未再结晶区压缩比(变形量)方案对X120管线钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明,随着奥氏体晶界宽度的降低,板条束有效晶粒尺寸得到细化,材料强韧性能得到提升。并且当扁平奥氏体晶粒宽度小于5μm时,X120管线钢具有优良的性能;奥氏体晶界宽度与未再结晶区变形量呈近线性比例关系,随未再结晶区变形量的增加,奥氏体晶界宽度相应降低,板条宽度减小,板条束取向呈多元化,组织相应细化,并且未再结晶区变形量增加对板条宽度的细化有明显效果。
The effects of compression ratio (deformation) of five different non-recrystallization zones on microstructure and properties of X120 pipeline steel were studied. The results show that with the decrease of austenite grain boundaries, the effective grain size of the slab is refined and the toughness of the material is improved. When the grain size of austenite is smaller than 5μm, X120 pipeline steel has excellent performance. The width of austenite grain boundaries is linearly proportional to the deformation of non-recrystallized zone. With the increase of the deformation of recrystallized zone, The width of austenite grain boundaries decreases correspondingly, the width of slats decreases, the orientation of slats becomes diversified and the structure is refined accordingly. The increase of deformation of non-recrystallized zones has a significant effect on the thinning of slats.
