目的:回顾性分析丝裂霉素C(MMC)应用于鼻内镜手术中预防鼻腔粘连和对手术疗效的影响。方法:根据患者不同的病变部位,参照Messerklinger鼻内镜手术方法,选择较易发生鼻腔粘连的Ⅰ型3期、Ⅱ型3期、3型的病例行鼻内镜手术344例(536侧)。设对照组161例(252侧),MMC组183例(284侧)。术后定期随访1年以上。结果:对照组治愈209侧,总治愈率为82.9%,鼻腔粘连25侧,占无效患侧的58.1%,MMC组治愈263侧,总治愈率为92.6%,鼻腔粘连6侧,占无效患侧的28.6%。两组治愈率和鼻腔粘连占无效患侧的比例差异均有统计学意义。结论:鼻内镜手术中局部应用MMC能明显减少术后鼻腔粘连,提高手术疗效。
Objective: To retrospectively analyze the effect of mitomycin C (MMC) used in endoscopic nasal endoscopic surgery to prevent intra-nasal adhesion and the effect of surgery. Conclusion: Local application of MMC in endoscopic sinus surgery can significantly reduce postoperative nasal adhesions and improve the curative effect.
