力量训练是短跑训练重要组成部分,运动员成绩是否提高在一定程度上也取决于力量练习情况。尤其对于青少年短跑运动员来说,身体在该阶段会面临生长发育,无论是肌肉还是骨骼都有较快的增强速度,但也是力量最为薄弱的阶段。那么加强青少年短跑运动员力量训练十分重要。本文则从髋关节、上下肢及踝关节等部位分析其力量训练措施,再结合医学生物、按摩及饮食等恢复,望能使青少年短跑运动员提高训练成绩的同时减少不必要的损伤。
Strength training is an important part of sprint training. Whether athlete’s performance improves or not depends to some extent on strength training. Especially for young sprinters, the body at this stage will face growth and development, both muscle and bone have a faster rate of increase, but also the most weak stage. Then strengthen the strength training of young sprinters is very important. This article from the hip, upper limbs and ankle and other parts of the analysis of strength training measures, combined with medical biology, massage and diet recovery, hope to enable young sprinters to improve training performance while reducing unnecessary damage.
