李广红是中海上海船员公司一名年轻的油轮船长。1999年,他与其他30名船员一起成功地接管、操纵了中欧联合油品公司的世界超级油轮(简称VLCC)“太平洋先驱”轮,填补了中国船员管理、操纵世界超级油轮的空白。套派结束后,他回到国内担任中海油运公司阿芙拉型大型油轮“枫林湾”轮船长,努力将外国先进的船舶管理理念运用到实践中,将该轮办成学习型船舶,被中海集团、上海海运、中海上海船员公司多次评为“标兵船长”、“优秀共产党员”。
Li Guanghong is a young tanker captain at CSSC Shanghai Crew Company. In 1999, he successfully took over with other 30 crew members and manipulated the Sino-EU Joint Oil Company’s VLCC and Pacific Pioneer vessels to fill the gaps in the management and operation of the world’s super-tankers. After the conciliation was over, he returned to China to work as Afton-based large tanker “Fenglin Bay” captain of China Shipping Oil Shipping Company. He endeavored to apply the advanced foreign ship management philosophy to practice and turn the round into a learning ship , Was repeatedly named as “the captain of the model”, “the outstanding communist” by China Shipping Group, Shanghai Shipping, and Shanghai Shipping Company.
