以“禾稗”DNA导入后代及受体、供体为试验材料 ,应用地上部干重和根系干重的相对受害率(RD/% ) ,叶片的电导率 (k)和膜脂过氧化物的产物丙二醛 (MDA)的增加量几个生长、生理指标 ,在苗期模拟没顶淹水处理 2、4、6d ,比较研究了“禾稗”DNA导入后代与供体、受体耐淹涝能力 .结果显示 :在淹涝胁迫下 ,“94D 0 5”、“94D 34”的干重RD/%分别小于它们的受体“科长早 3号”和“圭 6 30” ,达到或接近与供体“禾稗”的水平 ,但“94D 5 4”的干重RD/%值显著高于供体 ,而略低于其受体“圭 6 30” ;无论是“禾稗” ,还是水稻 ,它们叶片的k、MDA均随淹涝时间延长而增大 ,但不同试验材料增加百分率存在明显差异 .“94D 0 5”的k、MDA的增加量比供体“禾稗”高 ,但未达到显著水平 ;与受体“科长早 3号”相比显著降低 .“94D 34”、“94D 5 4”的k增加量高于供体“禾稗”而低于受体“圭 6 30” ,差异均不显著 ;“94D 34”的MDA的增加率与受体“圭 6 30”的差异达到极显著水平 ,但与供体“禾稗”差异不显著 ;“94D 5 4”与受体“圭 6 30”差异不显著 ,但与供体“禾稗”差异达到极显著 .多重比较表明淹涝胁迫后叶片的k、MDA增加率与植株干重RD/%值呈极显著的正相关 .因此 ,应用分子育种技术向水稻导入“禾稗”DNA可以
