为了提高飞行员的热耐力,本研究采用了在热环境条件下打篮球和长跑运动相结合的热习服训练方法。通过7名受试者标准热暴露实验和10名飞行员试用,结果表明,连续6天训练,受试者可获得理想的热习服效果。本文初步提出了评价受试者热习服训练强度和效果的心率和口腔温度对应值,并对训练中的适宜补水量作了分析。本训练方法符合飞行部队实际,具有推广意义。
In order to improve the pilot’s thermal stamina, this study adopted a heat-acclimatization training method that combines basketball and long-distance running in a hot environment. Seven subjects were tested for standard heat exposure and 10 pilots. The results showed that subjects trained for 6 consecutive days achieved ideal thermal effects. In this paper, we initially proposed the corresponding values of heart rate and oral temperature to evaluate the training intensity and effect of subjects’ hot accustomed training, and analyzed the appropriate water replenishment in training. This training method is in line with the reality of the flight force and has the promotion significance.
