对甘草甜素(GL)抑制二乙基亚硝胺(DEN)诱发大鼠肝癌前病变γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)阳性灶发生的时间-效应关系进行了研究,并用体视学方法进行计量分析。结果显示,①在诱癌的启动期和促进期持续给予GL的实验组,其GGT阳性灶的面数密度、平均截面积和体密度分别明显低于对照组(P<0.01);②仅在启动期给GL的组和仅在促进期给GL的组也都有一定的抑制作用,但前者强于后者。提示GL对DEN致癌的启动期和促进期都有抑制作用。
To investigate the time-response relationship of glycyrrhizin (GL) inhibition of diethylnitrosamine (DEN)-induced gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT) positive lesions in rat precancerous lesions, and to use stereology Methods for quantitative analysis. It is suggested that GL has an inhibitory effect on the initiation phase and promotion phase of DEN carcinogenesis.
