采用多普勒超声显像技术,对30名正常足月新生儿,在生后第一、第三、第七天进行肠系膜上动脉(SMA)和腹腔动脉(CA)血流各参数测定。结果表明:①此方法用于新生儿安全、方便、可行。②正常新生儿生后最初几天SMA、CA血流变化比较平缓,血流速度及流量参数均在第三天时最大,第七天时反而有所降低。③得出足月适于胎龄新生儿SMA、CA超声法血流各参数的正常参考值,为研究病理状态下腹部血管血流的改变奠定了基础。
Doppler ultrasound imaging was used to measure the blood flow of superior mesenteric artery (SMA) and celiac artery (CA) on 30 normal term newborns on the first, third and seventh day after birth. The results show that: ① this method is safe, convenient and feasible for the newborn. The changes of SMA and CA in the first few days after birth were relatively smooth, the parameters of blood flow velocity and flow rate were the largest on the third day, but decreased on the seventh day. (3) The normal reference values of the parameters of blood flow of SMA and CA ultrasound for full-term newborn infants were obtained, which laid the foundation for the study of changes of abdominal blood flow in the pathological state.
