概述了日盲型紫外像增强管的应用和技术发展状况。最新研究表明:高灵敏度紫外像增强管在探测灵敏度和整管分辨率方面取得了重大的突破。探测灵敏度超过45 mA/[email protected],在250~280nm有效探测波段内,整体积分灵敏度接近德国ProxiVision公司生产的紫外像增强管,双微通道板紫外像增强管的空间分辨率达到了25~30lp/mm。利用高灵敏度的紫外像增强管,对紫外像增强电荷耦合器组件(ICCD组件)进行了研制,满足了实际应用的要求。根据目前的研究现状,对未来紫外像增强管性能的进一步提升和应用发展提出了展望。
The application and technical development of solar blind enhancement tube with blind date are summarized. Recent research shows that high sensitivity UV image enhancement tubes have made significant breakthroughs in detection sensitivity and overall tube resolution. Sensitivity over 45 mA / [email protected], 250 ~ 280nm effective detection band, the overall integral sensitivity close to the German company ProxiVision UV image enhancement tube, dual microchannel plate UV image enhancement tube spatial resolution reached 25 ~ 30lp / mm. The use of high-sensitivity UV image intensifier tube to develop a UV image enhancement charge-coupled device (ICCD) has been developed to meet the practical application requirements. According to the current research status, the prospect of future enhancement and application of UV-enhanced tube is proposed.
