本文基于基础信息采集分析,利用分步研究然后合成的方法对城市警力资源调动和复杂环境下的运动目标追踪开展研究。提出了一种基于日常数据积累和交通流模型的城市紧急警力调度方案。研究成果可以为公安实战部门提供有力的决策支持,在此成果的基础上若加以软件开发等改进后可应用到智能交通领域,以指导城市道路规划和犯罪辑逃,推进当前日益突出的城市交通犯罪问题的解决。
Based on the collection and analysis of basic information, this paper studies the transfer of urban police resources and the tracking of moving objects in complex environment by using step-by-step and then synthesis methods. A city emergency police dispatch scheme based on daily data accumulation and traffic flow model is proposed. The research results can provide effective decision-making support for actual combat public security departments. On the basis of these achievements, software development and other improvements can be applied to the field of intelligent transportation to guide urban road planning and crime escape and promote the increasingly prominent urban traffic Solve the crime problem.
