服用中药制剂抗纤灵Ⅰ方、Ⅱ方４０天后，血吸虫病肝纤维化患者不仅腹胀、胁痛、腹泻、乏力等临床症状积分明显减轻，而且肝脾Ｂ超的７项指标和血清ＨＡ、ＨＹＰ、ＰＬ、白蛋白和Ａ／Ｇ比值等指标治疗后也都有显著改善，抗纤灵方的临床疗效及对各项指标的作用明显优于常规治疗组。同时对抗纤灵方治疗血吸虫病肝纤维化的机理作了初步分析
