化工企业是我国重要的基础性产业,关乎到国民经济与社会的顺利发展。新时期,面对着竞争愈发激烈的市场环境,化工企业要突出重围,在激烈的竞争格局中谋得一席之地,就要提高管理效率,提升企业的核心竞争力,而这离不开人力资源管理工作的支持。文章对当前化工企业人力资源管理中存在的问题与应对之策进行了探讨,以期对相关从业人员有所借鉴价值。
