以癌性肌病为首发症状的肺癌,国内尚未见报道,我院近年收治一例,现报道如下。病历摘要骆×,男性,25岁,住院号104019。主因进行性双下肢无力两个多月,而于1974年4月21日入院治疗。病史:患者于两个多月前双下肢开始乏力,上坡时更明显,但尚能坚持一般劳动。曾服药酒及行针灸等治疗,效果不显。入院前一周始感胸痛,下肢无力更甚,双足拖行,步态摇摆,上楼困难,早晨起床及午休后尤为明显,短暂活动后稍减轻,但不持久。入院后曾在中医科以“足痿”症,用维生素B_1、B_(12)穴位注射及内服汤药,均不见效。胸痛日益加重。胸透及胸片均发现右肺 To myogenic myopathy as the first symptom of lung cancer, has not been reported in China, our hospital admitted to a case in recent years, are reported below.
