目的了解巴尔通体(Bartonella)在云南人群中的感染情况。方法采用间接免疫荧光抗体测定法(indirect immunofluorescence test,IIFT)-滴定平板技术对379份不同地区及人群血清的汉赛巴尔通体(B henselae)及五日热巴尔通体(B quintana)的IgG抗体进行检测。结果在西双版纳等7州市检查抗汉赛巴尔通体(B henselae)抗体的血清共计281份,其中:不明原因发热病人血清190份,查出阳性标本35份,阳性率为18.42%;健康人群血清91份,查出阳性标本13份,阳性率为14.28%。在大理等3个州市检查抗五日热巴尔通体(B quintana)抗体的血清98份,查出阳性标本5份,阳性率为5.10%。结论巴尔通体感染存在于人群中,提示巴尔通体感染在云南省属多发病的疾病之一,一些不明原因发热病人及一些临床疑难杂症很可能由巴尔通体感染所致。今后有必要引起卫生部门的关注。
Objective To understand the prevalence of Bartonella in Yunnan population. Methods IgG antibodies to B henselae and B quintana in 379 serums of different regions and populations were analyzed by indirect immunofluorescence test (IIFT) titration technique. Detection. Results A total of 281 serum samples of B henselae were examined in 7 prefectures and cities in Xishuangbanna. Among them, 190 were serum samples from 190 unexplained febrile patients and 35 positive samples were detected, the positive rate was 18.42%. Serum 91 copies, 13 positive samples were found, the positive rate was 14.28%. In Dali and other 3 states, 98 anti-B quintana antibodies were detected in serum and 5 positive samples were detected, the positive rate was 5.10%. Conclusion Bartonella infection exists in the population, suggesting that Bartonella infection is one of the most frequently-occurring diseases in Yunnan Province. Some unexplained fever patients and some clinical incurable diseases are likely to be caused by Bartonella. In the future, it is necessary to draw the attention of the health sector.
