推导了先导起始的能量判据。利用流注发展的计算结果,修正了Hutzler模型中的经验输入值,修改了Hutzler模型中关于先导弯曲方向角计算的概率密度公式,并实现了先导弯曲发展的计算,用所推出的先导发展模型,计算了长空气间隙的50%问给电压和U形曲线,计算结果与实验数据是相符的。
Derived the pilot starting energy criterion. Based on the results of flow injection development, the empirical input values in Hutzler model are modified and the probability density formula of the Hutzler model for the calculation of the leading bending direction angle is modified. The calculation of the leading bending development is implemented. With the introduction of the Pilot Development Model , Calculated 50% of the long air gap to the voltage and the U-shaped curve, the calculated results are consistent with the experimental data.
