工程的机构安全性和使用性能的保障需要一种有效的检测手段来进行保证,对于石化工程这种注重工程整体安全性的个例,更需要建立高标准的工程检测体系。随着工程建设方式方法的日益进步,工程在检测过程中需要检测的内容逐步提升,检测难度也逐渐加大,这更促使着高效合理的工程检测方案的产生。无损检测技术能够在不影响工程结构、性能等前提下进行便捷的工程质量检测,且其检测数值也能够较好的利用在书里分析和逻辑半段当中,是一种先进的检测方式。目前在石化工程的施工中无损检测技术应用较为广泛,则着重分析目前无损检测在石化工程中应用主要原理方式,并对其未来的应用进行展望。
Institutional safety and performance of the protection of the project need an effective means of testing to ensure that petrochemical projects such as the focus on the overall safety of the project, but also need to establish a high standard of engineering testing system. With the progress of engineering construction methods, the content of testing needs to be gradually increased in the testing process, and the testing difficulty is also gradually increased, which is more imperative to produce a highly efficient and reasonable engineering testing program. Non-destructive testing technology can carry out convenient project quality inspection without affecting the structure and performance of the project, and the detection value can be better utilized in the book analysis and logic half, which is an advanced inspection method. At present, nondestructive testing technology is widely used in the construction of petrochemical projects, then the main principle and method of nondestructive testing applied in petrochemical engineering are analyzed emphatically, and the prospect of its future application is prospected.
