在进行煤矿轴流风机设计的过程中,针对风机主要受力部件轮毂及外壳采用有限元分析方法进行了模态分析,主要分析其变形及振动特性。通过在矿井通风机设计过程中将有限元仿真方法应用到风机部件强度及振动特性分析中,提高了设计的可靠性,具有重要的指导意义和应用价值。
During the design of axial fan in coal mine, the modal analysis of the hub and shell of the main force component of the fan was carried out by finite element analysis method, and the deformation and vibration characteristics were mainly analyzed. Through the application of finite element simulation method in the design of mine ventilator to the analysis of strength and vibration characteristics of fan components, the reliability of the design is improved, which has important guiding significance and application value.
