一、引言彼得·德鲁克(Peter F.Drucker)曾说,一个组织像是一部美妙的乐曲,不过,它不是每个人音符的罗列,而是由人们之间的和声关系所构成。管理思想的发展趋势也逐渐显示出人的因素已成为企业生存和发展的第一要素,人力资本开发也越来越得以重视。而企业中的领导者,是影响企业人、力资本开发的一个重要因素。因为他作为企业的领头羊、标杆,要能够在困难连连、员工困顿不堪的时候,为员工们指引方向,号召员工们为心中的共同愿景而努力。因此,领导者的行为,他的影响力即领导力显得尤为重要。
