金属—橡胶复合V形弹簧主要应用于城市地铁、轻轨等机车车辆的一系悬挂系统,可以传递轮对的牵引力和制动力;在垂直方向给车体以弹性支撑;在列车的纵向和横向提供柔性连接和限位的作用。由于具有结构易调整、减振降噪功能显著、质量轻、安装使用方便等优点,正在逐渐替代原有的金属弹簧。国外对于V形弹簧的研究日渐成熟,而我国还处于引进仿制阶段。本文在开发试制不同结构和型号V形弹簧的基础上,结合国外产品技术规范和有关报道,总结了有关V形弹簧的试验和数据处理方法,重点介绍了三向静刚度试验、粘结强度试验、极限载荷试验、蠕变试验、疲劳试验方法等,并简单介绍了V形弹簧的结构和工作原理。

The three-direction static stiffness test, the bond strength test , Ultimate load test, creep test, fatigue test method, and simply introduced the structure and working principle of the V-shaped spring.
