对 2 4只兔建立髂动脉再狭窄模型 ,随机分为对照组 8只 ,假手术组 8只和几丁质组 8只。几丁质组于再狭窄血管管周套上几丁质管 ,假手术组经上述同样手术过程但不放几丁质管。术后 4周观察各组兔髂动脉内膜面积 ,内膜 /中膜面积、厚度 ,3H TdR参入量。结果 ,管周应用几丁质能显著抑制再狭窄血管内膜增生 (P <0 0 0 1 ) ,提示管周局部应用几丁质可有效地预防再狭窄。
The model of iliac artery restenosis was established in 24 rabbits and divided into control group (n = 8), sham operation group (n = 8) and chitin group (n = 8). In the chitin group, chitin tubes were put on the vascular wall of the restenosis. The sham-operated group was subjected to the same surgical procedure as above without chitin tube. Four weeks after operation, the intima of the iliac artery, the intima / media area, the thickness and the 3H TdR incorporation were observed. As a result, administration of chitin in the tube circumference significantly inhibited intimal hyperplasia of restenosis (P <0.01), suggesting that administration of chitin locally to the tube may be effective in preventing restenosis.
