目的分析2006—2011年中山市登革热媒介监测、血清学监测和暴发疫情监测数据,为中山市下一步登革热防控提供科学依据。方法 2006—2011年,媒介监测采用诱蚊诱卵器每月定点监测,监测点包括:1家综合医院、1个小区和1家公园。血清学监测选择2家综合医院,2007—2011年,7—11月份连续采集≥100份发热伴骨痛或皮疹的门诊病人血清,应用间接免疫荧光实验检测登革热IgM抗体。采用SPSS对监测数据进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2006—2011年伊蚊诱蚊诱卵器监测结果显示所捕获的均为白纹伊蚊,12月至翌年3月诱蚊诱卵阳性指数(MOI)中位数<2,为伊蚊不活跃期;4月伊蚊密度上升,MOI中位数为2.37;5—10月MOI中位数>9,为伊蚊活跃期;11月伊蚊密度下降,MOI中位数降低到3.48。2006年MOI高峰为9—11月;2007—2011年MOI高峰均出现在5—8月。血清学监测结果显示,仅2008年发现1例登革热IgM抗体阳性,阳性率0.9%(1/111)。2006—2011年间发生1起登革热暴发疫情,首例发病日期为2007年9月22日,末例为10月7日,疫情持续16 d,罹患率3.81%(16/420)。2007年9月和10月的MOI分别为6.50和6.85。结论 2006—2011年中山市登革热以散发病例为主,仅2007年出现一次小规模暴发。5—10月是伊蚊活跃期,中山市登革热暴发的风险较高。应进一步加强宣传,引导市民开展灭蚊活动。
Objective To analyze the monitoring data of dengue fever surveillance, serological surveillance and outbreak in Zhongshan City from 2006 to 2011 so as to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of dengue fever in Zhongshan City. Methods From 2006 to 2011, vector surveillance was conducted on a monthly basis using mosquito-ovitrap. The monitoring sites included 1 general hospital, 1 community and 1 park. Serological surveillance Two general hospitals were selected. From 2007 to 2011 and from July to November, more than 100 outpatients with fever and bone pain or rash were collected continuously, and indirect immunofluorescence assay was used to detect IgM antibodies to dengue fever. Descriptive epidemiological analysis of monitoring data using SPSS. Results The monitoring results of mosquito-ovitrap from 2006 to 2011 showed that Aedes albopictus was captured, and the median mosquito-oviposition index (MOI) from December to March of the following year was less than 2 Aedes aegypti density increased in April with a median MOI of 2.37; MOI median> 9 in May-October was an active phase of Aedes albopictus; Aedes aegypti decreased in November with a median MOI of 3.48.2006 The annual MOI peak is from September to November; the MOI peak from 2007 to 2011 are all from May to August. Serological surveillance results showed that only 1 case of Dengue IgM antibody positive in 2008, the positive rate of 0.9% (1/111). One outbreak of dengue outbreak occurred between 2006 and 2011, with the first onset date of September 22, 2007 and the last of October of last year. The outbreak lasted 16 days and the attack rate was 3.81% (16/420). The MOIs for September and October 2007 were 6.50 and 6.85 respectively. Conclusion Dengue dengue in Zhongshan was predominant in 2006-2011, with only a small outbreak in 2007. May-October is the active period of Aedes mosquitoes, Zhongshan City, Dengue fever outbreak is higher. Publicity should be further stepped up and the public should be encouraged to carry out anti-mosquito activities.
