目的观察生肌液复合封闭负压引流技术(Vacuum Assisted with Closure,VAC)对实验动物创面愈合的影响。方法将100只SD大鼠随机分为模型组、麻油组、生肌液组、VAC组、复合组,各组均给予相应的处理措施。观察创面愈合时间、创面巨噬细胞的数量。结果复合组及VAC组创面愈合时间较其他各组明显缩短(P<0.05)。生肌液组在第3、6、9天及愈合后创面巨噬细胞数量均高于同期复合组及VAC组;复合组第9天及愈合后高于VAC组(P<0.05)。结论生肌液复合VAC可以明显促进创面愈合;巨噬细胞在创面中的高表达可能是其主要作用机制。
Objective To observe the effect of Vacuum Assisted with Closure (VAC) on wound healing of experimental animals. Methods One hundred SD rats were randomly divided into model group, sesame oil group, Shengjiye liquid group, VAC group and compound group. Each group was given corresponding treatment measures. The wound healing time and the number of wound macrophages were observed. Results The wound healing time of the composite and VAC groups was significantly shorter than that of other groups (P <0.05). On the 3rd, 6th and 9th day after operation, the number of wound macrophages in the raw muscle group was higher than that in the concurrent group and the VAC group. On the 9th day and the healing time, the composite group was higher than the VAC group (P <0.05). Conclusions VAC can significantly promote wound healing. The high expression of macrophages in the wound may be the main mechanism of action.
