大白鼠经尾静脉注入右旋糖酐后1小时,小叶中心部肝细胞内有大量右旋糖酐沉着,汇管区周围的细胞内少,而且不同肝叶、不同小叶、小叶不同部位以及不同细胞内,右旋糖酐的量都不一样,6小时时,各处右旋糖酐的量逐渐减少。而早期时,汇管区周围的枯否氏细胞内有大量PAS阳性物质,中心部枯否氏细胞的却少,以后都逐渐消失。这说明不同部位的肝细胞和枯否氏细胞在某一时间内,摄取右旋糖酐的能力是不同的。腹腔注射的变化轻而差别不显著。右旋糖酐沉着后,肝细胞与枯否氏细胞内酸性磷酸酶活性增高。两种细胞内的酸性磷酸酶颗粒相当于溶酶体。细胞摄取右旋糖酐时,溶酶体的数量增多,并变为粗大,甚至形成周围深黑色、中心稍淡的泡状结构。汇管区周围毛细胆管硷性磷酸酶的活性在注射右旋糖酐后3、6小时也轻度增高。进入细胞的右旋糖酐在短时间内大部分为溶酶体内的水解酶所分解,有少量右旋糖酐可能从肝细胞排入小胆管,井且简要地讨论了肝细胞处理異物的手段。
