聚己内酯(PCL)中加入与其有一定混溶性的非晶组分乙基纤维素(EC),可明显影响其长环带球晶的行为.表明具有低混溶性及某种分子间相互作用的二元共混体系PCL/EC仍能在一定温度范围内形成环带球晶;良好的混溶性,强的分子间相互作用并非是二元共混体系中PCL长环带球晶不可缺少的因素.通过偏光显微镜发现PCL的加入有利于乙基纤维素/二氯乙酸溶液中液晶相的形成,用Flory关于棒状分子无规线团溶剂三元体系的理论对其进行了讨论.
Polycaprolactone (PCL) to add some miscibility of the amorphous component of ethyl cellulose (EC), can significantly affect the behavior of its long zone spherulites. It is indicated that the PCL / EC binary blend system with low miscibility and some kind of intermolecular interaction still forms ring-shaped spherulites in a certain temperature range. Good miscibility and strong intermolecular interaction are not binary Mixed system of PCL long ring spherulites indispensable factor. The addition of PCL by polarized light microscope was found to favor the formation of liquid crystal phase in ethyl cellulose / dichloroacetic acid solution. Flory’s theory of rod-shaped random cluster-solvent ternary system was discussed.
