引言 温度控制可以做到高度精确并能反复调制,重复的温度测定能精确到0.1°K之内,精度可达到0.1%以上。然而电炉内的温度分布与测试点所测定的温度可能相差50°K左右或20%以内。使用简单的控制器能使炉内的温度分布在理论上达到比这更高的要求。
