随着世界海洋石油勘探开发由浅水向深海推进,作业风险增加,海上溢油事故发生频率增大。无论从造成的环境污染还是经济损失的角度,溢油灾害值得高度重视。调研了国内外溢油监测和污油处理两方面的研究和应用现状:一方面研究了国内监测技术,从光谱和遥感监测原理及方法的角度研究了海上溢油监测方法等;另一方面,调研了溢油发生后处理技术。在全面调研国内外溢油处理技术后,将其综合分类为机械、化学等方法进行了介绍。
