目的:分析氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物致药物不良反应的相关因素,并探讨其合理使用方法,供临床安全用药参考。方法:选取2015年10月—2016年10月期间收治的使用氟喹诺酮类药物致药物不良反应患者116例资料,采用回顾性分析法分析患者的基本信息、药物名称及不良临床表现,并结合患者使用情况探讨合理的用药方法。结果:60岁以上年龄段患者不良反应的发生率为最高(37.07%),左氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、加替沙星、氧氟沙星分别为48.28%、27.59%、18.10%和6.03%;静脉给药致不良反应占87.93%,口服占12.07%;皮肤、消化系统、神经系统、血液系统、泌尿系统、心血管系统为28.45%、22.41%、18.97%、12.07%、6.90%、6.03%和5.17%。结论:氟喹诺酮类药物致不良反应症状,主要表现为心慌、心悸、幻觉、皮肤干燥、皮疹、呕吐、恶心等,因此规范性使用氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物以保证患者用药安全、合理、有效。
Objective: To analyze the related factors of adverse drug reactions induced by fluoroquinolone antibacterial drugs, and to explore the rational use of fluoroquinolone antibacterial drugs for clinical safety reference. Methods: A total of 116 patients with adverse drug reactions induced by fluoroquinolones were selected from October 2015 to October 2016. Retrospective analysis was used to analyze the basic information, drug names and clinical manifestations of the patients, combined with the patients Use cases to explore the rational use of drugs. Results: The incidence of adverse reactions was the highest in patients over 60 years of age (37.07%). Levofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, gatifloxacin and ofloxacin were 48.28%, 27.59%, 18.10% and 6.03%, respectively. Adverse reactions caused by intravenous administration accounted for 87.93% and oral accounted for 12.07%. The skin, digestive system, nervous system, hematological system, urinary system and cardiovascular system were 28.45%, 22.41%, 18.97%, 12.07%, 6.90% and 6.03% And 5.17%. Conclusion: Fluoroquinolones caused adverse reactions symptoms, mainly as palpitation, heart palpitations, hallucinations, dry skin, rash, vomiting, nausea and so on, so the use of fluoroquinolone antibiotics in a standardized manner to ensure that patients medication safe, reasonable and effective.
