目的观察一种复方邻苯二甲醛消毒剂的消毒性能。方法用载体定量和定性杀菌试验法,对该复方邻苯二甲醛消毒剂杀菌效果进行检测,用动物实验方法对其毒性作出评价。结果用含5.7 g/L邻苯二甲醛的该复方消毒剂对不锈钢载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用60 min,平均杀灭对数值>5.0;作用120 min,可达到完全杀灭。该复方邻苯二甲醛消毒剂对小鼠急性经口毒性试验LD50值>5000 mg/kg体重,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞结果阴性。该邻苯二甲醛消毒剂原液密封包装,经54℃恒温存放14 d,其含量下降率为8.72%。结论该复方邻苯二甲醛消毒剂对细菌芽孢杀灭效果较好,属于无毒级物质,储存性能稳定。
