本文对利用植物组织培养的方法选育出的芦笋新品系进行苗期外部形态及切片观察,结果表明:(1)新育品系根系生长势强,茎出芽多,生长速度快;(2)新育品系贮藏根的外皮层,皮层薄壁组织、中柱直径都大于对照和其它参试品种,原型数多于其它品种;(3)新育品系鳞芽茎的薄壁组织比对照和其它品种厚,机械组织较薄,维管束分化晚。从而进一步探明了新育品系丰产、优质的解剖学机理
The results showed that: (1) The root system of the new breed was strong in growth, sprouted in many stems and had a fast growth rate; (2) Newly cultivated new varieties of asparagus, which were bred by plant tissue culture method, The diameter of the outer layer, the cortex parenchyma and the center column of the storage strains in the breeding lines were all larger than that of the control and other tested varieties, and the number of prototypes was more than that of the other varieties. (3) The parenchyma of the new budding lines had more parenchyma than the control and other cultivars Thick, thin mechanical organization, vascular bundle late. Thus further proved that the new breeding line of high yield, high-quality anatomical mechanism
