高职院校教师考核评价体系是办学质量的一面镜子,能够为高职院校管理办法的制定、教师考核标准的规范、教师学习提升、办学质量提高形成有力的促进作用。本文通过介绍美国、日本在教师考核评价体系中形成了重要经验,提出了形成科学、全面、系统、可行的高职院校教师考核评价体系的重要意义,认为要从坚持导向性、全面性、客观性等基本原则出发,采取高职院校教师考核评价体系的科学办法。
The evaluation system of teachers in higher vocational colleges is a mirror of the quality of running a school. It can provide a strong impetus for the establishment of management methods of higher vocational colleges, the standard of teachers ’assessment standards, the enhancement of teachers’ study and the improvement of the quality of running schools. This article introduces the important experience that the United States and Japan have made in the appraisal system of teachers and puts forward the importance of forming a scientific, comprehensive, systematic and feasible appraisal system for teachers in higher vocational colleges. The author thinks that from the point of view of insistence on orientation, comprehensiveness, Objectivity and other basic principles of departure, to take higher vocational colleges teacher evaluation system of scientific measures.
