通过对江苏省新生代农民工闲暇生活状况的数据分析发现,新生代农民工闲暇时间的增加与闲暇生活相对贫乏的矛盾日渐突出,他们的闲暇时间还处在自流性和盲目性状态,闲暇生活质量不高。提高他们的闲暇生活质量需要为他们提供有针对性的教育培训。这样不仅可以提高新生代农民工的职业技能,还能提高他们的综合素质,促进他们全面发展。 Through the data analysis of the living conditions of the new generation of migrant workers in Jiangsu Province, it is found that the increasing contradictions between the new generation of migrant workers’ leisure time and their relative lack of leisure life are increasingly prominent.
