2011年9月21～23日,南方十三省(市、区)水电学会联络会暨学术交流会在川召开。此次会议由四川省水力发电工程学会承办。来自南方十三省(市、区)及北方片水电学会的领导及代表30余人出席了会议。中国水力发电工程学会周尚洁副秘书长专程赴会并讲话。四川省水力发电工程学会常务副理事长兼秘书长马怀新主持会议,欢迎到会的领导与代表,并就四川省学会开展的工作进行了介绍。周尚洁副秘书长在会上就与会代表关心的问题进行了阐述,高度评价了南方十三省(市、区)会议的重要作用。来自青海、陕西、湖北、浙江、广西、天津、广东、云南、福建、湖南等学会的理事长、秘书长先后在会上介绍了该省学会开展的卓有成效的活动,与会代表就新时期水电开发建设及有关问题进行了探讨,并对水电学会在其中所起的作用各抒己见。此次会议在完成了预定的议程后圆满结束。
September 21 ~ September 2011, the southern thirteen provinces (cities, districts) Hydropower Association Liaison Conference and academic exchange held in Sichuan. The meeting hosted by the Sichuan Provincial Institute of Hydropower Engineering. More than 30 leaders and delegates from thirteen provinces (cities and districts) and the North Hydropower Society attended the conference. Deputy Secretary-General Zhou Shangjie of China Hydropower Engineering Society made a special trip to the meeting and delivered a speech. Ma Huaixin, executive vice chairman and secretary general of the Sichuan Hydropower Engineering Society, chaired the meeting and welcomed the leaders and delegates attending the meeting. He also introduced the work carried out by the Sichuan Provincial Institute of Learning. At the meeting, Deputy Secretary-General Zhou Shangjie elaborated on the issues of concern to the delegates and spoke highly of the important role of the meetings of the thirteen provinces (cities and districts) in the south. The directors and secretary-generals from Qinghai, Shaanxi, Hubei, Zhejiang, Guangxi, Tianjin, Guangdong, Yunnan, Fujian and Hunan Institutes successively introduced the fruitful activities of the province’s institutes of learning. Construction and related issues were discussed, and expressed their views on the role played by the Hydropower Society. The meeting was successfully concluded after the scheduled agenda was completed.
