总厂经过20余年的建设和发展后,已有一批老干部离开领导岗位.安度晚年。地区现有离退休干部58名.近几年来,在地区党政领导的关心和上级老干部部门的指导下.我们从地区老干部高职级、高年龄所占比重较大(享受局级和参局级的有16名,70岁以上有19名)以及老干部居住地比较分散的实际情况出发,建立了定期研究、通报情况等一系列制度,形成了专兼结合的老干部工作队伍,实施了上下协调的两级管理模式,尽心尽力地落实好老干部的两个待遇.地区老干部科连续3年被总厂党委授予“老干部工作先进单位”称号.1994年又获上海市工业系统老干部工作先进集体荣誉.我们的主要做法是:
