本文主要介绍了禹门口一级站两台小机组三次技改及测试情况,指出了900HLB—16型立式混流泵机组转轮设计存在的问题及造成水泵出水流量不足、效率降低的主要原因。肯定了禹门口一级站根据黄河水位抬高的现状采取降低设计扬程,更换为900HLB—10B型水泵的改造方案。实践证明此方案是成功的。
This article mainly introduces the three times of technological transformation and testing of two small units in Yumenkou first station, and points out the problems existing in the design of the runner of 900HLB-16 vertical mixed flow pump unit and the main reasons causing the lack of effluent flow and the decrease of efficiency of the pump. Affirmed Yumenkou a station elevation level according to the status of the Yellow River to take to reduce the design lift, replaced by 900HLB-10B-type pump transformation program. Practice has proved that this program is successful.
