目的:建立舒乐冲剂的质量标准。方法:采用TLC对舒乐冲剂中当归、三七、路路通和益母草进行定性鉴别,采用HPLC法对舒乐冲剂中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1含量进行测定。结果:定性鉴别斑点清晰,分离度好,专属性强;三七皂苷R1和人参皂苷Rg1两种主成分含量分别为0.1666,0.6818 mg·g-1。结论:建立的舒乐冲剂TLC和HPLC-UV含量测定方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为舒乐冲剂质量控制的方法。
Objective: To establish Shule granules quality standards. Methods: The contents of Angelicae Sinensis, Panax notoginseng, Lalugong and Motherwort in Shule granules were qualitatively identified by TLC. The content of notoginsenoside R1 and ginsenoside Rg1 in Shuile granules was determined by HPLC. Results: The identification spots were clear, the resolution was good and the specificity was strong. The contents of two principal components of notoginsenoside R1 and ginsenoside Rg1 were 0.1666 and 0.6818 mg · g-1, respectively. Conclusion: The established TLC and HPLC-UV determination of Shule granules is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used as a quality control method for Shuile granules.
