随着社会经济的发展,城市化建设步伐的加快,企业之间的竞争也日益激烈,人力资源管理越来越成为影响企业市场竞争实力的关键因素。人力资源管理应用于企业的组织管理之中将又有利于企业构建竞争优势,实现企业发展战略目标,而且还可以对整个社会建设起到促进作用。人力资源管理的核心是绩效管理,由于历史现实的局限以及人们的认识有限等原因,现阶段我国城市人力资源管理的发展水平并不高,还存在着诸多问题,城市建设者只有认清人力资源管理中的绩效管理存在的问题,采取积极的有效的绩效管理方法,才能真正提高企业的综合竞争实力。因此本文开展了实现城市人力资源绩效管理的研究,以期为相关部分有所帮助。
With the social and economic development, the acceleration of urbanization and the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, human resources management has increasingly become the key factor affecting the market competitiveness of enterprises. Due to the limitations of historical reality and people’s limited understanding, the current level of urban human resource management in our country is not high. There are still many problems that urban builders only recognize human resources Management of performance management problems, to take a positive and effective performance management methods, in order to truly improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, this paper has carried out the research on the performance management of urban human resources, with a view to helping the relevant parts.
