以盐敏感品种中国春、农大85021和抗盐品种冬68、茶淀红等4个品种小麦(Triticumaestivum L.)为材料,研究NaCl胁迫下甜菜碱对小麦幼苗体内ATP含量的影响。结果表明,外源甜菜碱能够显著提高NaCl胁迫下小麦幼苗体内ATP的含量,且根内ATP含量增加的幅度大于叶片。从而缓解NaCl胁迫造成的能量代谢失衡,提高小麦幼苗对盐分胁迫的适应性。
The effects of betaine on ATP content in wheat seedlings under NaCl stress were studied using four Chinese wheat varieties Triticum aestivum, Nongda 85021, salt-tolerant winter wheat 68 and Chadian red as salt-sensitive cultivars. The results showed that exogenous betaine could significantly increase the content of ATP in wheat seedlings under NaCl stress, and the content of ATP in root increased more than leaves. Thereby alleviating the energy metabolism imbalance caused by NaCl stress and improving the adaptability of wheat seedlings to salt stress.
