实际修补工程的环境温度变化大,而不同温度会对胶凝体系水化反应和水化产物的稳定性产生影响,本文通过测试以不同比例复合的硅酸盐水泥-硫铝酸盐水泥体系性能,选择合适配比,再通过测试复合体系在不同养温度下的流动度、凝结时间、膨胀性和强度,研究不同养护温度对复合体系各项性能的影响规律,并采用XRD分析其变化机理。试验结果表明:随着硫铝酸盐水泥掺量增大,水化反应加快,凝结时间缩短,强度发展快,但在温度高于35℃时,复合体系水化产物后期发生分解,使强度和膨胀性能下降。
