以玉米芯提取液为还原剂,在PVP保护下制备了钯纳米催化剂(Pd NPs)。通过正交实验,筛选了氯钯酸钠、提取液和PVP用量以及还原温度等制备条件对PdNPs催化Suzuki偶联反应的影响,确定了最佳制备条件。考察了最佳条件下制备的Pd NPs催化Suzuki偶联反应中碱、溶剂、溶剂与水比例、反应时间等反应条件对反应的影响。实验结果表明:当反应过程中选取碱为Na_2CO_3、溶剂为EtOH/H_2O(体积比1∶1)、反应温度为40℃、催化剂用量为底物的0.01mmol%时,催化对溴甲苯与苯硼酸的Suzuki偶联反应产物收率达到99.29%。
The Pd nanoparticle catalysts (Pd NPs) were prepared under the protection of PVP using corncob extract as reductant. The effects of preparation conditions such as sodium chloropalladate, extraction solution, PVP dosage and reducing temperature on the catalytic Suzuki coupling reaction of PdNPs were studied by orthogonal experiments. The optimal preparation conditions were determined. The effects of reaction conditions such as base, solvent, solvent and water ratio, reaction time on the reaction of Pd NPs catalyzed by Pd NPs prepared under optimal conditions were investigated. The experimental results show that when the base is Na_2CO_3, the solvent is EtOH / H_2O (volume ratio is 1: 1), the reaction temperature is 40 ℃ and the amount of catalyst is 0.01 mmol% of the substrate, the reaction of bromotoluene with phenylboronic acid Of Suzuki coupling reaction product yield of 99.29%.
