最近我们研究组研制成功一种磁光盘存储新材料锰铋铝硅膜。它的磁光克尔旋转角惊人地高达2.04度。这一数值是目前国外试用的磁光盘存储材料——非晶态稀土和铁族合金膜的五倍,与长期以来从数百种材料中所探明的目前具有最大克尔旋转角的铂锰锑合金相比,也还要大0.7度。
Recently, our research group successfully developed a magneto-optical disk storage material manganese bismuth aluminum silicon film. Its magneto-optic Kerr rotation angle is as high as 2.04 degrees.
