地方高校向应用型转型发展对高等教育结构调整起到至关重要的作用,从我国经济社会发展的需求和教育改革的要求看,具有紧迫性和艰巨性。在此背景下,“双师型”师资队伍的建设成为切实提高地方高校应用型人才培养质量的关键。本文结合通化师范学院日语专业师资实际情况,探讨地方高校“双师型”日语师资建设存在的问题,提出建设“双师型”日语师资队伍的策略,以期进一步推动地方高校内涵发展与主动转型,促进高等教育为经济社会和学习者发展创造更大价值。
Local colleges and universities to the application-oriented transformation of the restructuring of higher education plays a crucial role in the economic and social development from the needs of education reform and the requirements of view, with the urgency and arduousness. Against this background, the construction of “double-qualified teachers” teams has become the key to effectively raising the quality of applied talents training in local colleges and universities. Based on the actual situation of Japanese majors in Tonghua Normal University, this paper discusses the existing problems in the construction of teachers in local colleges and universities and puts forward the strategy of building “double teacher” Japanese teachers in order to further promote the connotation development of local colleges and universities And take the initiative to transform and promote higher education for economic and social development and learners to create greater value.
