以银川植物园收集圃种植的2a生地椒为采穗株,对地椒嫩枝扦插育苗技术的主要环节开展了研究。结果表明:随着生根剂(IBA)浓度的升高,地椒扦插生根率和成团率均呈规律性变化;以IBA 50mg/L为最佳生根激素浓度;以草炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩(1∶1∶2)为最适的扦插基质;5～6月为地椒最佳的嫩枝扦插时期。
Taking Yinchuan 2a rooted pepper planted in Yinchuan Botanical Garden as the ear-cutting plant, the main part of the tender cutting technique was studied. The results showed that the rooting rate and lump formation rate of Z. chinense increased regularly with the concentration of rooting agent (IBA), and the optimum concentration of rooting hormone was 50 mg / L IBA. With peat: vermiculite: perlite (1: 1: 2) for the best cutting matrix; June to June for the best shoot cutting period.
