随着光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)传感技术的飞速发展,基于FBG技术的加速度传感器成为了一个新的研究和发展的方向。理论分析了FBG加速度传感器的基本原理,重点介绍了基于FBG理论开发的加速度传感器探头结构的研究进展,分析了探头结构的传感机理及性能指标,指出了实际应用存在的关键技术问题,并对未来的发展进行了展望,为设计新型探头结构及探头的实用化提供了借鉴。
With the rapid development of fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensing technology, FBG-based accelerometer has become a new research and development direction. The basic theory of FBG acceleration sensor is analyzed theoretically. The research progress of accelerometer probe based on FBG theory is introduced emphatically. The sensing mechanism and performance index of the sensor structure are analyzed. The key technical problems of practical application are pointed out. The future development is prospected, which provides reference for the design of the new probe structure and the practical application of the probe.
