本文以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,正硅酸乙酯为硅源,在酸性条件下合成了纯硅六方介孔分子筛。对合成物系中酸介质的种类和用量进行了考察。结果表明,HCI作为酸性介质时,模板剂胶束的稳定性较差,当反应温度高或时间长时,样品的结晶度和有序性有所降低。酸用量减少,有利于硅物种自身的缩聚,但产品的结晶度和有序性大大下降。本文从合成机理的角度对实验结果进行了阐述。
In this paper, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide as a template agent, tetraethyl orthosilicate as the silicon source, synthesized under acidic conditions, pure hexagonal hexaferroporous molecular sieves. The type and amount of acid medium in synthetic system were investigated. The results showed that the stability of the micelles was poor when HCI was used as an acidic medium. When the reaction temperature was high or the reaction time was long, the crystallinity and orderliness of the sample decreased. Reduced amount of acid is conducive to the polycondensation of silicon species, but the product crystallinity and order significantly decreased. In this paper, the experimental results are described from the perspective of the synthesis mechanism.
