用人胚食管上皮体外培养,经交链孢酚单甲醚(Alternariol monomethyl ether,AME)处理后,食管上皮底层细胞比对照组的层次明显增多,细胞排列紧密紊乱,细胞核浆比增加,核不规则,大小不等.浓染,可见核分裂相,且有乳头状向内增生。该变化与甲基硝基亚硝基胍(MNNG)和甲基苯基亚硝胺(MPNA)所诱发的人胚食管上皮癌前病变相类似。结果提示,AME与人的食管癌发生很可能有关。
After in vitro culture of human embryonic esophageal epithelium and treatment with Alternariol monomethyl ether (AME), the levels of esophageal epithelial cells were significantly higher than those in the control group. The arrangement of cells was closely disturbed, and the ratio of nuclear to cytoplasm was increased. The nuclear irregularity was increased. , Size and range. Intensive staining, visible mitotic phase, and papillary inward hyperplasia. This change was similar to that of human embryonic esophageal epithelial precancerous lesions induced by methylnitrosoguanidine (MNNG) and methylphenylnitrosamine (MPNA). The results suggest that AME is most likely related to human esophageal cancer.
